Didn't having any sleep from the night b4, me, ah seng, lim n choo ling took a car ride of 5mins from my hse to clayton station, then a 40 mins train to Southern Cross, then a 1 and a half hour sunbus ride to Avalon Airport b4 boarding a 1 hour and 15 mins plane ride to Sydney. How great can that be.. Lol...

When we reach there, we took a cab looking for the hotel we booked at Elizabeth St. I don't remember what was the name of the hotel already, as we walked like 3 blocks from where the cab stopped. The hotel was one of the dodgiest hotel i have seen lor. The receptionist was an old mixture of middle east and australian. He was so cocky, i feel like killing him... We end up letting him have the money we paid for the hotel and went to another hotel.

After searching high n low for one as most are fully booked, we found Boulevard Hotel and William St which was 4 and a half star and it was really a wonderful stay.

The first stop was to look for something to eat. Choo Ling brought us to this Jap restaurant at Liverpool St. at the corner of Avillion Hotel. It opened at 5.30pm.. n we waited right outside to enter... The restaurant is called makoto.. As soon as we enter... The place is alredi full.. The queue starts as soon as the shop opens..

You can tell how fresh the salmons and sashimiz was.. It was just brilliant.

Hehe.... After which... We went for massage at Chicago Spa n Sauna... It was really a 'prostitute parlour' man... Neway, i went for juz a massage... The massage was good, and the story ends there...

Woke up at abt 8am, left the hotel at abt 10am... Went to have breakfast in Queen Vic building... Had a typical msian coffee shop.. had a bun.. Then we went to shopping around that area..

Since there's not much to be done there, we went into the aquarium..

The reptile tat attracted me the most is this... The platypus... The idiotic morone that swim across the aquarium like a billion times in a day while evry other fishes was juz enjoying themselves. This pic was really hard to get.. when he is travelling like 50mph...

The day ended cathing a movie and having a meal in china town b4 heading home...

Left early from our hotel to have breakfast at fish market..

Then head back to circular quay for our boat ride out the atlantic ocean for whale watching...

The whole trip was a disaster.. Having the other 3 having sea sick.. N the suckiest part is NO WHALE IN SIGHT... the only thing we saw was a bunch of playing dolphins swimming alongside the boat...

The last day was Bondi day...

The Clayton Story 1 (The accomodation n campus)

I need to really sum up the happenings of this year... The only year tat i spent almost the whole year abroad... So i think i shud crap sumthing abt my happenings of the year..

I have been transfered from the msia campus to the clayton campus...
Clayton is abt 20 mins drive from melbourne n 40 mins on the train using the Pakenham line..

Nothing much of a sight actually for the engineering faculty. The place was way much bigger than the msia campus itself. Technological wise way more advance than msia. Study wise, Mechatronic Clayton suckss..

This is Hargrave Andrew Library where all the engineering students hangout.. Hehe.. I alwiz come here too... Cuz easier to find leng lui while studying.. Not to mention, this is the place i would say i spend most time with the special sum1 tat i met this year...














This is how the 3rd floor looks like.. Hehe.. I think it's the coolest library i had ever been into.. Oh, did i mention that we can talk as loud as we want in most part of the library.. Not to mention that we can actually eat and drink in the library... The library operates from 8.30am to 9pm....

The best part abt my uni is that there r a lot of parks where those ang moz n ang mo wannabes hangout.. They juz sit on the grass for lunch or studying.. Sum how they juz enjoy doin things under hot burning sunlight so much... This is wut we call it engineering lawn.. Suppose to have a 'Einstein tree' in which where gravity was discovered...

The nicest part abt my uni is the happenings around... from time to time, there will b events held at the lemon scented lawn next to campus center.. where all the markets are as well as games n multicultural events.... I wud say, this is cool lor... especially got free bbq for poor ppl like me....

Haha... taking time off from my studies n everything... i m here writing this blog... first of all i wud like to wish Yi Khee, Choo Ling, Sam n Marvin Happy bday... these r the bday parties i attended in two weeks time... n damn busy wit my thesis presentation, thesis report, modeling report, modeling presentation, modeling tutorials, modeling demonstration.... so much things to do... not to mention my final finals....

But then.... taking time off to watch ManU liverpool match was juz brilliant... haha... manU won 2-0... scholes on his 500th appearance for manU... the ninth person ever to do tat in manU's history... n for ferdinand scoring his second goal against liverpool... n his second goal for manU so far.... the story doesn't end there... let me describe rio's goal... crossed in... bring in down wit his right feet to his left feet.... hit into the top left goal corner wit his left feet.. beating a liverpool defender at the same time... wut could be better....i m loving every second of it... n speaking to some frens... i felt it juz wonderful... althou, me n my besties of frens are 8 hours apart in terms of flying... we r doin the same thing at the same time... basically we r connected in some way... haha... mayB u peeps wun understand... but i really feel great about it... neways.. back to the match....

After a defeat against the gunners and a draw againts the cheap skate royaless..... It's back to winnning ways for ManU against Wigan.. not till a brilliant come back.. Goals scored by Vidic, Saha n Ole Ole Gunnar Solskjaer... Yay... 3-1.... Greatest second half i've seen in years for ManU.. i suppose... N i wore the Rooney jersey i bought to sleep tat nite... n it was really a sound 1... haha...







N finally, i bought a small bottle of horlicks for myself... haha... wth... they recalled it... to put a sticker on it... Y cant they juz send the stickers to grocery owners to stick it? tat will save all my pains.. N speaking of which, i love horlicks becuz of Star East Cafe in Glen... they make one of the finest horlicks i suppose... i alwiz order "dung horlicks ar.... nung dit ar... em koi"... hehe... i think i m the only one tat drink horlicks there..... n the best part was.. they were closed down for renovation lately... so i was surfing the web for their site to c if they reopened alredi... i googled "star east glen australia"... n check this out... plz plz click on the pic.. cuz this is juz so cool seto-beleizzz.....









n finally tonite... i won my real poker thingy for the first time since playing... i won a total of $130 bucks... playing at rae's garage... cant b a better time to win.... my last poker till after the finals....

Finally got time to do this... Shud have done this way way way way earlier... I went to this malaysian club ball on the 22nd of Sept... which is half a month back...

ok ok.. it was at sofitel melbourne at collins after the exhibition st junction... actually looking at the outside part of the hotel.. i tot its goinna b a dodgy place.... but after i parked my car.. oh oh... have i mention my car? nah.. it was a rented 1... from thrifty.. $65 bucks mate... damn blardy expensive for a day's rent... but it was great lar... as i m fetching some frens along too.. check it out.. a red lancer lar... i noe its no big deal... but i learn to respect the lancer since i was young...
